Every single part of this transaction was smooth and perfect. Kristie went above and beyond with helping me get a delivery date that was sooner than they had when I was there as well as one that worked better for me. She even did this on her days off - THANK YOU!! I seriously cannot say enough praise for her, or for the customer service team when I had to call in to check on a Saturday delivery. This company will definitely have a return customer in the future, as well as referrals from me!

I absolutely loved that I was not pushed into buying something I didn't want and didn't really need. Kristie did a great job of explaining the options that you can get with a mattress (box springs, incline additions, etc.), but didn't make me feel like I HAD to choose these items. To me, that goes a LONG way with me making a purchase versus leaving and never returning. No one likes a pushy sales person.

I ordered a very expensive king size bed and it was to be delivered on Sunday between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM. I called at 5:30 PM and was told that they were short on delivery workers and it would be delayed until 7:55 PM. When I called at 8:00 PM their Customer Service was closed so I waited until 11:00 PM without delivery. I called immediately the next morning and they were again short on delivery workers and reported they had removed my delivery from the truck and could not deliver it today. After 8 hours of more phone calls and more managers I was informed my delivery would be on Thursday. So now I have to wait to sleep in a bed until Thursday night. Sounds like they are not only short on delivery workers but short on problem solvers. Obviously they do not care about the customer once they receive your money. If you need any furniture quickly I would highly suggest you shop elsewhere. I gave them one star only because I was required to be able to post. There are no stars at Morris Furniture.

People are so quick to complain but rarely take the time to say something nice. My experience at Morris was a very good one. I credit my sales person, Cheryl. I was only in to look and get ideas for my new home. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on your product line. The result of her knowledge and being so personable, I ordered two chairs and will be back to purchase other items I need. I would encourage my friends to work with Cheryl.

Do not go here!!!! My husband and I arrived to this store at 730pm. We did not leave the store until 1130pm. Our sales member Paul was extremely accommodating and was extremely knowledgeable on the products that were in his store. When it came to checking out for our purchase we had to wait while they figured out for 4 hours! We had gotten approved for special financing, and choose to purchase other products on our card as well. After numerous times attempting the transaction, and calling the GM they found out they had to do two separate transactions. Nothing was explained to us during the process though, just that they kept having to start over. Finally after numerous apologies we were checked out and had the delivery scheduled.

This store is shady, uninformed, and has poor business practices. Shop here at your own absolute risk, but be aware you will get scammed left and right.

Cheryl Hunter was a tremendous help when we were looking for new chairs for our living room. She wasn't overbearing or high pressure. She gave us space to look around but was available for any questions we had. Once we started to narrow down our selection, she went through all the different fabric options to help find one that would complement the living room. We had been to other furniture stores that day but none of the salespeople spent the time or energy with us like Cheryl did. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Morris

Kristie listened to my needs, and took me directly to where I needed to be. She didn't judge me for not wanting to look at severely pricey mattresses, and instead she understood and showed me what they had to offer in a price range I could afford. She gave me details, encouraged me to try the mattresses out and gave me the breakdown of prices and financing options. I have suffered from major neck pains and back pains and knew I had to make a choice soon. I spent time discussing these options with Kristie, who did not grow inpatient like some locations have. She helped me through looking into what I could be financed for.

Today I had to call the store, because the money has not been returned. I spoke to Caroline the GM as Robin was out of the office. She told me that Robin, the store manager, had NOT even refunded the money!!!!!!!

I'd also like to extend my thanks to Matt Ball at the location for being helpful when Kristie was out and I ran into an issue with my delivery date/time. He worked with me and called the delivery people for me to help me out. Again, amazing customer service and communication.

Tuesday morning, I received a call from the store manager Robin, that she had forgotten to have me sign the financing contract, that of course could only be signed in the store and that without this my delivery would have to be rescheduled (it was supposed to come that Wednesday). Fifteen minutes after the phone conversation I received a contract from the financing company that would allow me to sign electronically. Thankfully I reviewed the contract before I signed it, the couch that had the sticker price of $1700 would end up costing my husband and I $5,000! I called Robin and told her that I did not appreciate this not being relayed about how expensive this option would actually be! She stated that it was a new program and no one had explained it to them yet... why, as a manager, are you promoting it to your customers without being knowledgeable on it? Poor business practice in my opinion.

I informed Robin that due to the nightmare of the purchase of the couch that we wanted to cancel our order completely. She told me that she could not do that because of our special order, an order that was "special" only because they did not have the product in stock! I told her she could, and absolutely would cancel all orders as we were not happy with the service and would not be finalizing the purchase of anything. She continued to try to talk me into the special order, which was an extra couch piece to the sectional we bought. Why would we want a piece of the couch, but not the whole couch???? She FINALLY said she would cancel everything and the money would go back on our card in 1-2 days.

Earlier this week I walked into this store to look at what this location had to offer. I had just visited several others and I was disappointed at what I found. As soon as I walked in, though, I was greeted and helped to the correct department. I didn't want to speak with a sales rep, I just wanted to get an idea for prices of mattresses since I have had horrible experiences in the past with sales reps. However, I was introduced to Kristie Prewitt at the Better Sleep Shop and she was friendly from the very beginning.

    Every single part of this transaction was smooth and perfect.     Do not go here!!!! My husband and I arrived to this store at 730pm. We did not leave the store until 1130pm.
