Great staff and selection
I called looking for a specific shoe and color. They did not have it. However, the girl that answered was very helpful and went the extra step to look up availability at their other stores in the area. I appreciated that especially since I had previously called others shoe stores that did not offer any other help or suggestions.
Great store. Last time I was there I bought KDs, and it was terrific customer service.
Another store told us they had a certain shoe, but when we arrived they didn't have it. The clerk called Foot Action and asked about the shoe. We walked across the hall, and Mil, the sales clerk, had both sizes out and ready for my grandson to try on. We found the right shoe with his help. Mil is an awesome employee!
Love their designs, but their prices are a bit high.
