Stopped for lunch, service was good, the food was good as well. Got the food farely quickly. Nice lunch combo menu.
Just walked out because they completely ignored us. Then a woman told us she had the worst service of her life. Grumpy workers who hate their job. I'll take my money anywhere else.
The location we went to use to be good. Today the service was terrible. Paid almost 6$ for soda and couldn't even get a refill during our entire meal. Our server was busy helping other tables and couldn't do anything for his own. The manager was busy putting ketchup on the empty tables and wouldn't stop to assist us in any way. Won't be spending 60$ on a meal where I have to work harder than the employees.
Good luck having a server that stays around long enough to get check and give refills. Food at is a good change in selection choices for good price. It's not my job to flag down servers.
Great food, large helpings. Staff was quick and efficient (although our server was a little too fond of his own jokes). I hadn't been to Chili's in quite a while, overall the experience was good!
