Had an amazing experience my first time out looking for engagement rings Ashley was amazing at helping me find the perfect ring and Brandon the store manager was great at helping me find the right payment plans to fit my budget not pushy at all I was nervous about visiting a jewelry store but after this experience I know where I’ll be shopping for years to come thank you both!
These people have earned a customer for life. The manager Brandon helped a newer associate that found a small flaw in my wife's ring for our semi annual inspection. The service over the 3 months was unprecedented. The diamond had to be custom cut, and Brandon advised us it'd be a lengthy process. He encouraged me to check back frequently, that they'd call the manufacturer, and would follow back up with me. Everyone I've encountered at this location has been terrific. We'll be back to upgrade, and I wholly recommend these people as they don't sell with pressure, but with service.
This place has the worst customer service ! You go in there they are under staff , no one greets you and you are standing there waiting to be helped . I️ understand you have other customers but to at least see what we need or at least greet us instead we where just literally wondering around patiently waiting for 40 minutes before we finally left still with out being helped
Don't shop here. Lot's of Jared's around town. This one ignored you when you walk in. Gave me wrong info and sent me to Beaver creek Ohio for a ring that wasn't there. Staff at Beaver creek was friendly and helpful. 2 experiences at tri county both bad. Unless you have an hour to wait for someone to help you....dont go here.
I can't express how horrible the customer service has been at this store. My husband purchased a very expensive anniversary ring for me on Nov. 29th. They did not have my size. I was told I would have the ring in 2-3 weeks, well in time for the holidays. When I had heard nothing in 2 1/2 weeks, I called to check on the ring. The "manager" Theresa called me back and left a message and told me she would check on the ring but the business that was sizing my ring was closed the next day, which was a Friday. I called the next day and spoke to another employee. She said that they had actually received an email from the business sizing my ring on Dec 11th.....THREE DAYS BEFORE I CALLED THEM THE FIRST TIME and was lied to, that the ring was on back order. She said she would try to put a rush on it and someone would call me on Monday. When no one called me on Monday.....surprise, surprise....I called them on Tuesday. I was then told my ring would not be ready until the end of January......NINE WEEKS, not the 2 to 3 I was originally told. I was then told to call customer care so they could help me because of all of the horrible customer service that I had received so far. I called customer care. The person I spoke to apologized and said this was awful and they would take care of it and that I would hear back from someone in 24 to 48 hours. I also received an email stating the same thing. 48 hours came and went and I never heard from anyone. So much for their "customer care" department. I called them again and was told I would hear from someone in 7 to 10 days .....quite a pattern of lies and horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY YOURSELF OR A LOVED ONE ANYTHING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO, IGNORED AND RECEIVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY KIND. You can find the same product at many other jewelry stores at at a better price and be treated with respect.
