Good prices and a large selection of clothes and accessories. The staff is available to help however, they're not overly zealous about it. They are somewhat disorganized when you are picking up clothes that have been ordered or altered.

Horrible experience. I went to get my suit fitted for a wedding. I got fitted and was told that the finish date would be on my ticket. I pulled out the ticket to look at the date and there was no date. I told the cashier and she said it would be September 14th. Over a month goes by then I call on the promised finish date for my suit. When asked about the suit they said they cannot find it and would call me back when they could find it. They call me about two hours later and said they had lost my suit and the quickest they could have it done is in three days. I call on the second promised date, which was September 17th, and they said my suit is still not ready! When I finally go to get my suit picked up it was not tailored well. I was not about to go and have it re-done by them. I was not offered a refund or in-store credit for the mess up. The suits that they have in store are nice, but they lack in professionalism and customer service. I will never shop there again.
Absolutely the worst service I have had. Employees do NOT communicate with one another about clients that come in to be fitted. When I have called in to check on the status of our wedding party's suits, I have been talked to rudely. We were told the sale for suits went through October, yet a groomsmen was told yesterday that it was o we and he wouldn't be given the sale price.
I would only shop here again based on the price point. I was preparing for a funeral and bought a suit and the staff was rude, unprofessional and talked down to me while i was there. They sized me incorrectly for a shirt i got home realized it was to small. Went back and they resized me again giving me a shirt that was to small. The third time i took a few shirts to the dressing room with me to try on i was approached by a salesman was told i was not allowed to try shirts on because nobody would want to buy them if they didnt have the pins put back in them they suggested i buy the shirts take them home and see if they fit. I asked what the difference was in taking them home and returning them or trying them on before i left and i was told nowhere else in the city would allow you to try a shirt on before you bought it. I would have taken my business elsewhere however i had already paid for the suit and alterations so i was stuck. The only way i will shop here again is if the price was so good i could not find the deal anywhere else as the customer service and general lack of respect by the salesman has turned me off from spending my money with them again.
