I worked with a few different people over a 2 day time span. First I worked with Austin due to Marty leaving early due to a family issue. Austin was extremely educated on the vehicles that were on the lot. My husband and I came into look at a 2017 Jeep but Austin compared a 17 to 18 model and we decided to go with a 2018. The second day we worked with Marty to do the payments and he did a fantastic job getting us to the price point we were comfortable with. We then worked with Micheal in financing and he explained all our options and allowed us to make a educated decision on gap insurance.
I went to Jake Sweeney Chrysler this past Saturday to just look around for a new SUV. I was in contact with a sales associate online before coming in to discuss what they have on their lot. My sales person was Brandon Justes. He told me what they had and what they could do for me. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted a Jeep (I have always been a Chevy gal).
After shopping around other Chrysler locations I was finally able to pair up with Charlie Harper to strike a deal on a new Chrysler 300. The car is amazing and the service from Charlie and management staff of Mike and Chris far exceeded my expectations. I am looking forward to working with Charlie and management the next time I look for purchasing another new car because I know I will get the best deal possible!
I recently had my car serviced here and while I don't normally get my vehicles serviced at dealerships, I can attest to Zach Sweeney and his crew for being fair and honest! I must say that everyone was and continues to be great, still giving off that "family feel" that you don't get at other dealerships. In the long run, they want you to be happy and aren't trying to oversell you on something you don't need or lie about it either. I have had those problems at other dealerships, but not at Sweeney! Thank you Zach, Noah and crew! I will be sending them my future business!
I had great service when I bought the car about a month ago. Now that I am stranded in Alabama due to the transmission going out and needing full replacement, I cannot seem to get anyone on the phone to assist me with my warranty information. I have the dealership ready to replace the transmission but no help from anyone at Jake Sweeney. I keep getting forwarded to voicemails. Thanks for showing how valuable your customers are after you make your sale.
